Estonian national team and Nõmme Kalju’s striker Vladimir Voskoboinikov will fly to China tomorrow to have a trial in Chinese Super League club, being in Eastern country till 15th February.
“We are actively reprecenting Nõmme Kalju’s players and promoting their career. Players moving into bigger leagues is very welcome. At the moment we received considerable offer from China, and if Voskoboinikov passes trial successfully, we won’t block the transfer,” commented Nõmme Kalju’s president Kuno Tehva.
Voskoboinikov helped Nõmme Kalju to achieve Premium League’s silver medal, finishing as league’s top scorer with 23 goals. 31 year old forward also had a succesful European season, defeating HJK Helsinki (Finland) in UEFA Champions League and also playing against Viktoria Plzeň (Czech Republic) and in UEFA Europa League against Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk (Ukraine).
