Nõmme Kalju’s striker Allan-Axel Kimbaloula gave interview to reputable French magazine France Football, where he told that he has recovered from injury, but won’t play in African Cup of nations. Also, there has been intrest towards him from abroad.
Having spent two seasons in Nõmme Kalju, the Congolese’s season ended in July because of knee injury. Now he has recovered from that and will hope to play in this weeks game against Paide LM. If not, then surely week after that.
Despite long injury brake, there has been intrest towards player from aboard. “I haven’t played for 6 months and paradoxically, there is intrest from big clubs to sign me. There is intrest from French Ligue 1, Portugal and Belgium,” Kimbaloula told.
Kimbaloula, member of Congo national team, will not participate in African Nations Cup. “I talked about this with my national team coach and agent and we decided that it’s too early for me after such a long injury brake. I have rested and I will return even more hungrier and ambitious. My best moment last year was debut for Congo.”
