Nõmme Kalju signed contracts with five 18 year old youth players, who all signed three year contract with the club, with Kalju having option to extend it.
The five players are Henrik Pürg, Martin Mägi, Märten Kuusk, Sören Kaldma and Andre Järva, who all are developed by Nõmme Kalju’s youth system and are Estonian U-19 national team players. They have also gain game experiance in Nõmme Kalju II team in Esiliiga.
Pürg made name for himself in this season, featuring in 10 Premium league games, scoring one. He also played in historic UEFA Europa League 1:0 win over Lech Poznan. He also featured in second leg.
Mägi made he’s debut in last years July, starting the game against FC Infonet from first eleven. Kaldma played two games in Estonian cup, scoring one goal. Kuusk played in Esiiliiga, scoring four goals, also hat-trick as centreback. Järva debuted for Kalju in first game of the season.
